Gresham Blake

The brief

Gresham Blake is a Brighton tailor with its own shop in the city. Like many independent shops, it relies on people finding it through Google and liking what they see before they come through the door. The job was to give the shop a 360° tour and a set of photographs that show it properly.

What we shot

We photographed the shop in 360° as bracketed HDR panoramas and linked them into a tour visitors can walk through online. Alongside the panoramas we took still photographs of the shop for use on its Google listing and elsewhere. Shooting both on one visit means the tour and the photos show the shop in the same state, with the same styling and light.

Where it’s used

The panoramas were published to Google Maps, so anyone looking up the shop can step inside from the search results, and the stills sit on the business’s Google listing. The same tour can also be embedded on the shop’s own website. It is a good example of how our Google Maps 360 tours and commercial photography work together for a local business, and one of many shops and offices we have photographed across Brighton & Hove.
