This notice explains how StreetVisit (“we”) uses personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your phone number, organisation and project details. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count visits without identifying you.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, and client data to perform our contract with you. We keep enquiries for up to two years and client records for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We use trusted providers to run this website and deliver email, who process data on our behalf under contract.

Photography and virtual tours

We take care to avoid capturing identifiable members of the public in tours. If you appear in one of our images and would like it blurred or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing charles@streetvisit.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
