StreetVisit is a Brighton studio that has been making 360° virtual tours, virtual reality experiences and panoramic photography since 2016. It was founded by Charles Mansfield-Osborne, who still shoots and builds every tour.
We started out photographing local businesses for Google Street View, and that work, getting the light right in hundreds of shops, pubs, gyms and offices, is still the backbone of everything we do. Over the years it led to projects few studios get to work on: four floors of Punchdrunk’s The Drowned Man in more than 1,000 panoramas, and a narrated tour of Orbis International’s Flying Eye Hospital.
Today we focus on bespoke tours: designed around a story, photographed properly and hosted on our own platform so they load fast and stay yours.
How we work
- You deal directly with the person who shoots and builds your tour.
- Every panorama is bracketed HDR, with tripods removed and verticals straight.
- Tours work on phones, desktops and VR headsets, using open web standards.
- We are members of the IVRPA (International VR Photography Association).

Where 360° photography takes us
Between commissions we photograph places for the love of it, from Yosemite to the ghost town of Bodie and the rivers of Brazil. It is how we keep testing new kit and techniques before they reach a client shoot.
