The brief
Brighton estate agent Knight & Knoxley wanted its listings to stand out on Rightmove and give buyers a real sense of each home before booking a viewing.
The work
Over several years we photographed more than 20 of their properties across Brighton & Hove, including homes on Beaconsfield Villas, Waldegrave Road, Preston Road, Hollingbury Park Avenue, Kensington Place, London Road, Stanford Avenue and Campbell Road. Each got HDR panoramas linked into a walk-through tour, and some, such as a five-bedroom house on Stanford Avenue, also got a 360° video tour.
Why it matters
Buyers who have already walked through a tour arrive at viewings informed and interested. Vendors get fewer wasted viewings, and the agency gets listings that look better than the competition on every portal. See our property virtual tours.
