Most listings look alike: a few wide-angle photos, a bed, a view. What to shoot
- the approach and entrance, especially if the property is hard to find
- every room, including bathrooms
- the garden, terrace, balcony or hot tub
- the best view, at the best time of day
- for sea-view and countryside properties, an aerial 360° that shows where the property sits
HDR photography matters here: holiday lets are sold on light and views, and HDR keeps the view through the window and the room around it both properly exposed.
